Already several times Kozminski University organized extremely exciting winter camps. This year was not an exception; KU in cooperation with Student Council organized an exciting trip to Val Di Sole - one of the most famous ski resorts that offers an average of 8 out of 10 sunny days, while the snow lasts for most of the year. Students were able to participate in numerous activities such as everyday skiing and snowboarding in a Ski Region - Madonna di Campiglio with about 150 km of slopes and about 115 lifts, volleyball games in the snow, apres-ski and events organized by the Student Council, trip to the town and many more. Moreover, students were able to have ski or snowboard training 3 hours a day and not only gain new skills but also pass Sport classes. Kozminski students were living in a hotel located in Pinzolo by the ski lift with a restaurant, wellness with sauna and swimming pool. Every day of the winter camp was active and full of emotions for our students.
We arrived at Winter Camp ALK 2023 after a long journey but in good spirits. We still found energy for a bit of integration to rest and regain strength for the next day's skiing. We were surprised by very good conditions on the slopes and full sun, thanks to which we had a great journey. We tried Italian cuisine, relaxed in the spa, integrated in the evenings with creative activities prepared by the Student Council and, above all, spent a great time skiing or snowboarding. We managed to make new friends and improve our skiing skills, which will definitely be useful to us next year. - said Maja Gockowiak, member of the Student Council, participant of Wintercamp.
