On 24th of March, 2023 Kozminski Business Club organized an awesome workshop with Mondelez - a leading company in the snack industry. The topic of the workshop was “Negotiating in a Challenging Environment” and it was led by Małgorzata Bołka - a Procurement Manager at the Mondelēz International's Warsaw office.
During the workshop attendees gained some indispensable information regarding the significance of properly chosen partner of the business. The importance of the right communications and understanding of the partner was highlighted by Małgorzata Bołka. Moreover, valuable insights on how to prepare for the negotiations, how to analyse the needs, interests, and objectives of another party as well as identifying your own strengths and weaknesses were shared during the workshop. Students not only received crucial theoretical knowledge on the principles of negotiations, but also gained some practical experience by participating in a case study prepared by Małgorzata Bołka at the end of the workshop.
It was a pleasure to lead workshops about such interesting topic with such involved audience. We just need to be careful once we will be negotiate with Kozminski University - Małgorzata Bołka shared on LinkedIn.
