The "Financial Times" has published its ranking of the best master's studies in management for the sixteenth time. Kozminski University has been placed 39th among 90 of the world's leading universities in the field of managerial education.

One of the main indicators allowing to compare the value of managerial education on a global scale is the earnings and careers of the graduates. The professional achievements of those who received the Kozminski diploma only 3 years ago allowed the authors of the ranking to award the university the 4th place in the career progress category. Moreover, "FT" assesses the level of internationalization of the faculty, equal participation of women and men among lecturers and students, qualifications of the teaching staff and activity of the university within the international exchange. The data analyzed by "FT" comes from two sources - from the universities themselves and from alumni who graduated 3 years earlier. The "FT" ranking includes only courses that meet the following criteria: at least one year of full-time studies in management, at least 30 graduates per year and at least one international EQUIS or AACSB accreditation. Kozminski has both of these accreditations, The KU Master's degree in management is 24 months long, and people holding a bachelor's degree are eligible for admission. The undisputed winners of this year's ranking are the Swiss St. Gallen University and the French HEC Paris, which hold the first and second place for several years, and for now it seems that their positions are safe. There are still some shifts in the ranking. This year, several newcomers have also appeared on the list.  - The long-term presence of KU in the "FT" ranking allowed us to build a brand recognized in the world. We are eagerly invited to various international research or educational consortia, we have become a desirable university for numerous foreign students and a first choice university for domestic students. And having both the required accreditations and a good reputation confirmed by international rankings, we can choose our partners - says Prof. Grzegorz Mazurek, Rector of Kozminski University.  Such a partner for Kozminski is, among others, ESCP Business School, the oldest business university in the world. Their joint master's program in management is on the 6th place in the "FT" ranking. KU has signed cooperation agreements with over 200 universities worldwide. Students and university employees take an active part in the exchange between these partner institutions. Up to one thousand students participate in the international exchange every year. - Management students have a choice of five unique majors, the possibility of obtaining two diplomas in the framework of double degree programs that we carry out with four foreign partner universities. This allows our students to shape their own educational and career paths. We want to teach real business, combining the highest academic standards with practical managerial skills. We achieve this through cooperation with corporate partners from large international companies, including Amazon, Oracle, Accenture, which guarantees the quality and practicality of the acquired knowledge and at the same time creates a platform for the exchange of experiences. Our goal is to support the development of our students, advance the skills that will be fundamental in their future careers, teach critical thinking, quick identification of challenges and effective use of tools and techniques for dealing with them - says Prof. Mariola Ciszewska-Mlinarič, Dean of the College of Management. The management program at also has the highest, distinguishing mark of the Polish Accreditation Committee.

The teaching process in the winter semester will be carried out in a remote and hybrid system due to the COVID-19 global pandemic. Students and lecturers cannot wait to return to the university and participate fully in academic life, however, healtcare and safety are a priority.

Kozminski University currently has 9 000 students,  out of whom nearly 2 000 are foreigners from over 70 countries. Apart from the bachelor and master programs - students have a choice of about 70 postgraduate and MBA courses. The university has its own doctoral school; it is accredited by AACSB, EQUIS and AMBA. According to the "Perspektywy" national ranking from 2020 it is the best economic university in Poland. In 2020 it received the Positive Impact Rating certificate and obtained BSIS accreditation confirming its social commitment and real impact on its immediate environment.
