If you cannot come in person, please send notary proved copies by regular post and present original documents upon your arrival.
Application Package Checklist
- High School Diploma and transcript of records or “Świadectwo dojrzałości” – Bachelor program candidates only,
- Bachelor/Master degree diploma and transcript of records – Master program candidates only,
- Candidate's CV including details of previous education and professional career – Master program candidates only,
- Certificate of the English language proficiency (candidates who completed education instructed in English in one of the EU countries, Great Britain, Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, completed European Baccalaureate, completed International Baccalaureate or scored at least 95% on the basic level or 80% in the extended level from English language at the Polish "Matura" examination, can be excluded from submitting an English proficiency certificate),
- Translation of foreign documents into Polish or English,
- One printed passport-size picture,
- Copy of the candidate’s ID/passport for inspection,
- Admission fee receipt (non-refundable). Kozminski University graduates do not pay the admission fee.
