Rafał Brzoska Foundation

Scholarship Competition – Fund for Achievements in Science, Art, and Entrepreneurship

The aim of the Fund is to support exceptional, talented young people with aspirations, potential, ideas, and initial achievements in their chosen field. Beneficiaries of the Fund will receive tailored support – both in Poland and abroad – that is tailored to their dreams. Special attention is given to candidates with limited development opportunities and those facing difficult economic or social situations.

Candidate Profile

1
Abilities

Candidates should be hardworking and already have initial achievements – for example, successes in competitions, olympiads, publications, exhibitions, prototypes, implementation projects, inventions, or business plans.

2
Personal Vision

We are looking for individuals with a clear vision of their development or ventures. Energy for action, a willingness to continue developing, and a well-thought-out plan that could contribute to innovation, including social innovation, are key.

3
Positive Impact

Candidates should have the potential to exert a positive influence on their environment, people, and the natural world.

4
Family or Economic Situation

We particularly want to support those with fewer development opportunities, regardless of the reasons for their difficult situation.

5
Age

We are looking for candidates between the ages of 13 and 25 (as of the application deadline).

Scholarship Fields

The Fund offers three separate scholarships, and applicants can apply in only one field:

  1. Science:
    • Outstanding scientific results (in the fields of exact sciences, natural sciences, medicine, humanities).
    • A clear vision for scientific development and identification of support needs.
  2. Art:
    • Exceptional artistic achievements, confirmed by a portfolio and documentation.
    • Creative vision and potential for further artistic development.
  3. Entrepreneurship:
    • Entrepreneurial skills, successful projects, initiatives, or innovative ideas.
    • Ability to plan and implement solutions with a positive impact on the environment.

Recruitment Stages

Stage 1 – Online Application: Candidates submit an online form along with the required documents (personal data, achievements, documentation, presentation – essay, video or presentation, recommendations, description of the socio-economic situation). Applications are verified and scored, with the top candidates advancing to the next stage.

Stage 2 – Meetings with the Jury: Finalists are invited to individual meetings (preferably in person, or online if necessary). During these meetings, motivation, development vision, and the potential of the candidate are assessed. Based on this, a ranking is created, which forms the basis for the final decision by the Fund's founder. The decision regarding the scholarship award is final.

Detailed dates for each recruitment stage will be available on the Foundation's website.
