About program

Program objective

The objective of this program is to build awareness and readiness to lead organizational growth in the age of disruptive technological and societal changes, remote work, digital transformation and overwhelming uncertainty. In this ‘New Normal, instead of ‘strategy planning’ we need to continuously ‘strategize’ to react to rapid changes and emergent realities.

The program is designed for Change Managers, Communication Managers, People and Culture, Human Resources and Learning and Development professionals whose role is to support the development of organizations in a sustainable and agile manner, empowering employees along the way.

This program aims at development of competencies regarding designing organizational processes and modelling the organizational culture into the direction of future-scenario thinking, future-proof structures, supporting networked communities inside the organization and boosting engagement, unleashing creativity to be collectively responsive to changes.
