PhD Tanja Kosowski

Tanja Kosowski, Ph.D., is Assistant Professo in the Department of Management at. She is a member of the European Academy of Management (EURAM). She has given guest lectures at the University of Łódź, the University of Amsterdam, and the University of Florence. She participated in a doctoral seminar in Belgium and a Doctoral Students’ Colloquium in Iceland organized by EURAM. Kosowski is interested in age diversity management, stereotypes, organizational behavior, and organizational design. She acts as the Coordinator of the Collaborative Online International Learning program, which cooperates with the International Criminal Court and the University of Amsterdam.
