Division of Commercial Law and Capital Market

Division of Commercial Law and Capital Market deals with comprehensive studies on commercial law and capital market law. 

In the field of research interests of the employees of the Division is located broadly understood private law (substantive civil law) as well as issues related to the functioning of commercial companies (personal and capital), issues of mergers and acquisitions and bankruptcy law. In the field of capital market law the subject of research is stock market law, banking law and digital currency law. 

The employees of the Division conduct a lecture and exercises in commercial and economic law as well as elective courses and diploma seminars for law students.
