Department of Civil Law

Scientific and didactic activities carried out by the Fellows of the Department of Civil Law cover issues in civil law, private international law, European private law, law of arbitration, consumer law, new technology law.  

Classes are conducted in the form of lectures, practical classes, workshops, discussion seminars and seminars. Scientific research, carried out in the form of team or individual research, covers among other, broadly defined issues of private law, PIL, arbitration and new technologies and Internet law.
