Olga Rodak, M.A., is Teaching Assistant in the Department of Management in Networked Societies. She graduated from ethnology and cultural anthropology in the framework of Interdisciplinary Individual Studies in Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of Warsaw. Her scientific interests include the critical theory of organizations, the influence of communication technologies on organizations, sustainable agricultural development, and the methodology of social sciences. She prepares graduate dissertation on the impact of social media on the communication of agricultural industry in the field of sustainable development. She was a researcher in projects financed by Poland’s National Science Centre. In 2017 and 2018, she did a research internship at the University of Leicester. She teaches such subjects as the Theory of Organization and Qualitative Research.
