Michał Jakubowski, M.Sc., is an Assistant in the Department of Quantitative Methods and Information Technology at Kozminski University. He researches the phenomenon of gamification and its influence on contemporary human-computer interactions in the field of management. Moreover, Michał Jakubowski is interested in project studies and their use in the creation of digital products and services. He authored publications in Polish and international scientific journals. He heads a research project financed by Poland’s National Science Centre within the PRELUDIUM program.
Research Projects:
2017–2019 – “Czynniki sprzyjające specyficznemu projektowaniu systemów gamifikacyjnych do zarządzania motywacją pracowników” (Factors Supporting the Specific Design of Gamification Systems for Employee Motivation Management); project implemented within the PRELUDIUM program of the National Science Centre. The aim of the project was to study the perspectives of gamification system designers in human resource management.
