Prof. Anna Baczyńska

Professor Anna Baczyńska is a research associate in the Department of Management. She is Secretary of the Interdisciplinary Research Center. Moreover, she is an expert in the field of competence diagnosis. Baczyńska published over thirty works about leadership and management competences. She received the Rector’s Award for achievements in scientific and research work several times. Baczyńska studies leadership in the context of such countries as Japan, China, the USA, Canada, Portugal, or Germany. She is a substantive coordinator of postgraduate courses at the Manager Competence Academy. Besides academic work, Professor Baczyńska implements advisory projects in competence evaluation and human resources management.
