Viking Kitchen is a healthy dietary catering service, created out of a passion for an active lifestyle and balanced, regular meals. That is why Viking Kitchen (Wschodni Front) and Kozminski University have established a partnership that encompasses a broad range of educational initiatives and development programs for managerial staff.
The cooperation agreement was signed by Łukasz Dawidziuk, CEO of Wschodni Front, the company behind the Viking Kitchen brand, and Professor Grzegorz Mazurek, Rector of Kozminski University.
As part of this collaboration, Wschodni Front and its leading brand, Viking Kitchen, will gain access not only to development programs but also to Kozminski University’s extensive educational offerings, including a wide selection of open courses and postgraduate studies. At the heart of this cooperation lies the Viking Leaders Academy – a customized, comprehensive development program for managers, designed for Shift Managers as well as Section and Facility Managers. Both groups will participate in intensive training programs tailored to the company’s business needs and long-term development strategy.
The Viking Leaders Academy, scheduled for 2025, will focus on essential leadership competencies, such as effective communication, building managerial authority, team management, decision-making in crisis situations, negotiation, and public speaking.
