Prof. Grzegorz W. Kołodko, a distinguished economist, lecturer at Kozminski University, and author of more than 30 books translated into multiple languages, has just published his two latest works – which are, at the same time, his shortest and his most extensive books.
“Trump 2.0: Global Disruptions and Power Shifts” (Springer, 156 pages) is a publication in English in which the Professor analyzes the geopolitical and economic consequences of a possible second term of Donald Trump in the White House. He examines global power shifts and the challenges the world faces in times of uncertainty, crises, and dynamic changes on the international stage. More details are available on the publisher’s website.
“Błądzący świat. Absurd i rozsądek w ekonomii i polityce” (Prószyński i S-ka, 512 pages) offers a multidimensional analysis of contemporary economic, political, and social challenges, highlighting the dilemmas faced by the world – from the absurdities of economic policy to the search for reasonable solutions for the future. More details are available on the publisher’s website.
Both books are dedicated to two people whose ages differ by as much as 82 years – symbolically emphasizing the intergenerational dimension of the Professor’s reflections as well as the responsibility of science towards both the past and the future.
