"Above all, we must be aware of changes in the needs, and preferences of the final recipients of our programs: students, adults looking for new qualifications and employers. Secondly, it is necessary to map the educational services market anew and identify active new players. Thirdly, we should finally make a comprehensive assessment of the opportunities and threats of new technologies used in the teaching process. Such a somewhat technocratic strategic analysis cannot free us from a humanistic reflection on the ethical and mental profile of our graduates. We must not forget that we are a university with a mission" – said Prof. Andrzej Koźmiński, honorary president of Kozminski University.  See the full speech here.
