Zuzanna Staniszewska, a PhD student at Kozminski University, has been honored with two prestigious awards for her work in the field of management.
The first award, "Most Inspirational Paper," granted by the European Academy of Management, recognizes her research presented in the paper "This is me as a leader: Visualizing ethics of care in professional narratives of women in leadership." This work, which sheds new light on the role of empathy and ethics of care in leadership, was praised for its innovative perspective on women’s leadership roles.
The second distinction, the "Best Paper Award" from the Doctoral Colloquium, was awarded for her paper "Voices of Change: Re-imagining Leadership in the Quest for Inclusivity," which focuses on the need for greater inclusivity in leadership. Zuzanna Staniszewska’s academic supervisor and mentor is Prof. Dorota Dobija, who has been supporting her throughout her research processes.
