Seris Konsalnet invests in talent: scholarships at Kozminski University

03.03.2026

Seris Konsalnet, one of the largest security companies in Poland, is moving from the role of a Supporting Sponsor of Kozminski University to becoming the founder of a scholarship programme. Under the new initiative, the company will fund three scholarships covering the full duration of studies, awarded successively in 2026, 2027 and 2028. The first scholarship will go to a student starting the Law programme and will be presented in October 2026.

This marks the next stage of a partnership that to date has included activities supporting the University community and strengthening cooperation between academia and business. Today, the collaboration gains a very tangible dimension: direct support for those beginning their studies and the building of long-term development opportunities for young talent.

The new model of cooperation signals a long-term approach to developing future skills and competencies. A scholarship covering the entire period of study provides the recipient with financial stability and, as a result, meaningfully strengthens their ability to fully realise their potential- in learning, personal development, and social engagement.

“Partnerships with business are at their strongest when they translate into real opportunities for young people. Seris Konsalnet scholarship programme is an example of an investment that is practical and long-term: it supports ambitious individuals at the start, while also building the pool of competencies the economy needs,”says Prof. Grzegorz Mazurek, Rector of Kozminski University.

In its first edition, the scholarship will be awarded to a candidate for law studies – a field increasingly connected to the challenges of a rapidly growing security sector: regulations, compliance, data protection, risk management, and organisational responsibility. These are areas where legal expertise and an understanding of business realities are becoming essential – both in the private and public sectors.

“We believe that long-term investment in education is one of the most responsible and lasting forms of business engagement in social development. A scholarship for the entire period of study is not a symbolic gesture, but real support that gives a young person stability, a sense of security and the ability to focus on learning and building competencies,” emphasises Sylwia Müller, CEO of Seris Konsalnet.

The programme provides for one new scholarship to be awarded each year: in October 2026, and then analogously in October 2027 and 2028. This means that in subsequent years, support will be provided simultaneously to a total of three scholarship recipients – each for the full duration of their studies.

“Scholarships are one of the most tangible forms of partnership between a university and business, because they directly increase access to education and enable full participation in academic life. We are pleased that Seris Konsalnet is joining the group of companies that invest in talent in a long-term way—supporting people’s development and strengthening the quality of human capital in Poland,” says Dr. Sylwia Hałas-Dej, Vice-Rector for Development and Relations with the External Environment and President of the Kozminski University Development Foundation.

Seris Konsalnet initiative aligns with the cooperation model developed by Kozminski University with organisations that consciously invest in talent and seek to strengthen the long-term quality of human capital in Poland. This approach is building an ever-broader ecosystem of partners: Elemental serves as the University’s patron, and the group of sponsors includes ERGO Hestia, Bank Millennium, EY, and Dantex. The community of scholarship programme founders is also growing; it now includes Koronea Family Office, Tubądzin Group, Panattoni and Robert Dobrzycki Foundation, as well as MBA alumni.

The common denominator of these efforts is the philosophy of an endowment fund and long-term partnerships that build a stable foundation for scholarships, research, and campus investment. This is the basis for turning ambition into lasting outcomes – both for students and for the economy. The University also treats this model as an invitation to other organisations to create programmes that genuinely change biographies, while simultaneously strengthening the competitiveness of industries and the development of future skills.
