Prof. Izabela Grabowska has been awarded one of the most prestigious research fellowships in Europe – the Fernand Braudel Senior Fellowship at the European University Institute (EUI) in Florence. From 1 September to 30 November 2025, Prof. Grabowska will be affiliated with the Department of Political and Social Sciences at EUI, where she will conduct research on labour migration, automation processes, and the impact of artificial intelligence on labour markets and society. The Fernand Braudel Senior Fellowships programme is designed for distinguished scholars from around the world who have made significant contributions to their fields and wish to pursue new projects in close international collaboration.
