Prof. Dorota Dobija has been elected to the Fellows College of the European Academy of Management (EURAM), joining a distinguished group of scholars recognized for their substantial contributions to the field of management studies and their active engagement in shaping the European academic community. The EURAM Fellows College honors scholars whose academic excellence, leadership, and long-standing commitment have had a lasting impact on the development of management research in Europe. Prof. Dobija’s election reflects her influential work as a researcher and her leadership within the academic field. Established in 2001, the European Academy of Management brings together scholars from over 60 countries. Its mission is to advance interdisciplinary management research and promote cross-border collaboration between academia and business practice. Prof. Dobija has been closely involved in EURAM’s activities for many years. She has served as a member of the EURAM Board and Executive Committee and chaired the Organizing Committee of the EURAM Annual Conference in 2015. Her institutional engagement, along with a strong record of publications in top-tier international journals, has shaped the European research landscape in a meaningful way. Her election to the Fellows College is a recognition of both her achievements to date and her continued contribution to the advancement of management scholarship, in Poland and beyond.
