In early September, Kozminski University is hosting a group of IT managers, participants of the CIO Leadership Program from Strathmore University in Nairobi, Kenya. The visit is part of a prestigious program aimed at developing leadership and strategic competencies among senior managers responsible for the field of information technology.
During their stay in Warsaw, participants will not only enhance their skills in strategic thinking and IT management but also gain insight into European experiences in digital transformation, leadership, and the application of artificial intelligence in organizational management.
