New horizons in international education: Collaboration between Kozminski University and Rabat Business School

25.02.2025

Kozminski University is expanding its international partnerships with another prestigious institution – Rabat Business School (RBS) in Morocco. In February 2025, bilateral agreements and Erasmus+ agreements were signed, opening new opportunities for students and faculty of both universities.

Rabat Business School, located in the capital of Morocco, a rapidly growing economic hub in Africa, holds an impressive 32nd position in the Financial Times ranking for Master in Management programs. Morocco’s proximity to Europe makes it a strategic location for business and international networking, making this academic exchange with RBS a unique opportunity for KU students and faculty to gain global experience and enhance their intercultural competencies.

As part of the collaboration, Kozminski University students will have the opportunity to participate in exchange programs at the bachelor's and master's levels in fields such as finance, marketing, and international business. Courses are taught in English and French, allowing students to develop their language skills and adapt to the globalized business environment.

Rabat Business School is AACSB and EFMD accredited and is currently working towards obtaining AMBA accreditation, reinforcing the high quality of its programs. The institution focuses on innovation, digital transformation, and entrepreneurship, with its graduates securing positions in global corporations and launching their own ventures. This partnership offers KU students and faculty the chance to build relationships with academics and students from leading global universities such as HEC Montreal, Tongji SEM, IESEG, IE, Purdue University, and Université Laval.

“The partnership with Rabat Business School is another step in realizing our internationalization strategy. Our students and faculty will gain access to the rapidly growing African market, which is becoming an increasingly important business hub. This partnership is not just an academic exchange but also an opportunity to build professional relationships that can lead to international projects and ventures,” emphasized Prof. Dr. Hab. Mariola Ciszewska-Mlinarič, Vice-Rector for International Relations and ESR.

Through this collaboration, Kozminski University students gain a competitive advantage in the global job market. Morocco, as an emerging business center in Africa, offers unique experiences and development opportunities for future leaders of the global economy.
