At Kozminski University, the Erasmus+ project “Customer Management Skills in Digitalizing B2B Markets” (CustMas) has officially concluded. The initiative focused on developing innovative educational tools to support the advancement of customer management competencies in the context of increasingly digital B2B markets.
In the final weeks of the project, a series of open online meetings was held under the title “Skills in Demand. A 360-degree Overview,” attracting nearly 70 participants. The sessions were led by Anna Pałyga from the Department of Quantitative Methods and Computer Science Applications and Dr. Piotr Kwiatek from the Department of Marketing. During these events, the team presented one of the key project outcomes: a globally accessible eLearning platform featuring a MOOC course.
The platform is open to all individuals interested in strengthening their customer management skills in a digital transformation environment. The course offers a blend of academic knowledge and practical business insight.
The project was carried out in collaboration with partner universities from four countries: University of Twente (Netherlands), WWU Münster (Germany), Alba Graduate Business School (Greece), and Technische Universitaet Graz (Austria).
More information about the project and its outcomes is available at: www.custmas.eu.
The CustMas initiative reflects Kozminski University’s strategic commitment to promoting innovative and internationally oriented education tailored to real market needs.
