Mini-Forum: "Rule of Law – Legal Insight"
On March 5, 2025, Kozminski University, together with project partners, organized the Mini-Forum "Rule of Law – Legal Insight." The event brought together legal experts and representatives from various institutions to discuss the challenges related to the rule of law in different EU countries. Discussions focused on key issues such as the functioning of independent bodies, judicial independence, the separation of powers, and the protection of fundamental rights, with particular attention to vulnerable groups, including refugees and the LGBTQI+ community.
Final Phase of the LIGHT Project
The LIGHT project is entering its final phase, yet its impact will remain visible long after the project activities conclude. Kozminski University proudly reflects on its collaboration with partners from Greece, Hungary, Bulgaria, Poland, and Romania, as well as with legal experts, trainers, and institutions that have contributed to raising awareness and strengthening the rule of law across Europe. Thanks to the engagement of lawyers, students, and participants in training sessions, the project has gained broad reach and significance. While its formal implementation is coming to an end, it leaves behind lasting educational resources and valuable insights that will continue to support and empower future generations of legal professionals and experts committed to upholding the rule of law within the European Union.
