Kozminski University has joined forces with the Regional Branch of the Polish Chamber of Auditors (PIBR) in Warsaw, which now becomes one of the academic partners of the Finance and Accounting program. This exceptional collaboration aims to strengthen ties between the academic community and the professional auditors' network, offering Kozminski students enhanced preparation for the dynamic challenges of the job market.
The partnership includes promoting the profession of statutory auditors among students of the Finance and Accounting program and organizing guest lectures and workshops led by experts from the PIBR Regional Branch in Warsaw. This cooperation will also give students the opportunity to participate in events, training sessions, and initiatives organized by PIBR, enabling them to gain practical experience and a deeper understanding of the industry.
This agreement aligns perfectly with Kozminski University's mission to connect education with business practices and support the development of future leaders in the finance and accounting sector. The partnership agreement was signed by Justyna Beata Zakrzewska, President of the PIBR Regional Branch in Warsaw, and Prof. Grzegorz Mazurek, Rector of Kozminski University. Several key contributors played significant roles in making this collaboration a reality, including Małgorzata Grzejszczak, Vice President of the PIBR Regional Branch; Grzegorz Błaszkowski, Member of the PIBR Regional Branch; Dr. Grygorii Kravchenko, Vice Dean of the College of Finance and Economics; Dr. Wojciech Strzelczyk, Leader of the Finance and Accounting Program, and Aleksandra Pucek-Mioduszewska from the Kozminski University Career Office.
