Kozminski University, one of Europe’s leading business schools, is proud to support the growth of Compensa TU S.A. Vienna Insurance Group’s management team. In May, the university joined the Coordinator’s Development Room educational program, with a tailored training series developed by experts from Kozminski Executive Business School. The initiative is dedicated to current and future team leaders within the organization. The opening ceremony of the program was held at Compensa’s headquarters. Twenty participants will take part in the training, delivered in a face-to-face format over several months, allowing time to absorb new knowledge and apply it in everyday leadership practice.
“We support leadership development in organizations that understand the value of people-centered competencies in today’s dynamic and complex market. This program is not just about transferring knowledge – it’s about building the essential skills of modern leadership: communication, engagement, and change management,” says Klaudia Fatah-Zarzycka, Director of Corporate Training & Programs at Kozminski University.
Kozminski’s contribution to the program includes four interlinked modules focusing on key areas of effective leadership: managerial communication, task delegation, employee motivation, and building high-performing teams. Each module addresses specific, real-world challenges faced by managers – from clear and engaging communication to delegating responsibilities with purpose and guiding teams through change. Participants will not only gain knowledge but also practical tools for immediate implementation.
“At Compensa, we are committed to the long-term development of our managers’ leadership skills. We recognize the unique challenges today’s leaders face – including fast-paced market changes and evolving employee expectations. The Coordinator’s Development Room is our response: a program that equips team leaders with not only theoretical knowledge, but above all, practical capabilities in communication, motivation, and team engagement – key to our organization’s effectiveness in a complex business environment,” says Dorota Czerwińska, Head of HR at Compensa.
The training sessions are delivered by an experienced team of trainers from Kozminski Executive Business School: Tomasz Owczarek, Iwona Bobrowska-Budny, and Bożena Janowska – experts who combine academic insight with business experience. The workshops are designed to be practical, interactive, and closely aligned with the day-to-day realities of leadership. By partnering with Compensa, Kozminski University once again contributes to the development of responsible and future-oriented leadership in Poland – rooted in knowledge, experience, and shared values.
