On 3 December 2025, the 7th edition of Our Future Forum – one of the largest educational events in Poland, organised by Our Future Foundation – took place at the Palace of Culture and Science in Warsaw. The conference brought together hundreds of young people, experts and opinion leaders to discuss the future of education, technology and the economy, with Kozminski University acting as the event’s strategic partner.
Our Future Forum is a space where young leaders meet representatives of academia, business and public administration to address the key challenges of today. At the heart of this year’s edition were questions about how to navigate a world full of uncertainty, how to make the most of the opportunities of a new era, and how to prepare for the role of leaders of tomorrow in a rapidly changing reality.
Kozminski University was represented on stage by, among others, Rector Prof. Grzegorz Mazurek, who took part in the panel “Polish Silicon Valley – how to retain talent and create attractive conditions for the development of global innovation in our country”. In his remarks, he highlighted Poland’s potential as a place to implement breakthrough initiatives in new technologies and infrastructure, stressing that “The future is here. This is not marketing, but fact. Today, Poland is one of the best places to carry out bold energy and infrastructure projects.”
The programme also featured an address by Prof. Grzegorz W. Kołodko from Kozminski University, who took part in a one-to-one conversation with Kamil Tomkowicz entitled “On the greatest economic successes and failures of the Third Polish Republic and prospects for future development”. He shared his perspective on Poland’s economic transformation, key policy decisions of the past decades and possible scenarios for further growth.
Throughout the day, the Kozminski University stand was a lively meeting point for participants. University representatives and student volunteers answered questions about study programmes, campus life and career development opportunities. It was an excellent opportunity to engage directly with the young generation interested in studying in Poland and abroad, and to present Kozminski University’s unique educational offer.
The strategic partnership in the 7th edition of Our Future Forum is part of Kozminski University’s broader engagement in projects that support the development of young talent, build future skills and create bridges between education, business and the public sector. Through the presence of its experts on stage and active participation in the partners’ zone, Kozminski University strengthens its role as an institution co-shaping the debate on the future of education and the economy in Poland.
