Kozminski University has once again confirmed its position among the world's leading business schools. In the latest Financial Times Masters in Finance 2026 ranking, the University's Master in Finance and Accounting programme was ranked 24th worldwide, climbing 10 places year-on-year and maintainingits position as the leading programme in Central and Eastern Europe.
This is one of the strongest results in the programme's history and another confirmation of the international quality of finance education at Kozminski University.
This year's ranking was topped by France's ESCP Business School and SKEMA Business School, followed by Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management from China. The ranking features some of the most renowned business schools from Europe, Asia, and North America.
This year, Kozminski University ranked ahead of institutions including MIT Sloan School of Management (USA), SDA Bocconi (Italy), WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management (Germany), Rotterdam School of Management (Netherlands), Warwick Business School (United Kingdom), Frankfurt School of Finance & Management (Germany), and the University of Edinburgh Business School (United Kingdom). Among the schools positioned closest to Kozminski University in the ranking are Stockholm School of Economics (Sweden), NEOMA Business School (France), and Grenoble École de Management (France).
The Financial Times ranking is based on data provided by participating schools and surveys conducted among alumni several years after graduation. It evaluates factors such as career progression, international mobility, programme internationalisation, educational quality, salary outcomes, and the overall impact of the programme on graduates' professional development.
Kozminski University achieved a particularly outstanding result in the Career Progress category, ranking 2nd worldwide. This indicator measures alumni career advancement after graduation, considering both increases in seniority and transitions to larger organisations and more complex business structures. It is one of the most practical and highly valued metrics in the ranking, demonstrating how effectively a programme translates into real career growth and advancement opportunities.
