On May 22, 2025, the Grand Finale of the nationwide “Zwolnieni z Teorii” Social Project Olympiad took place at Legia Warsaw Municipal Stadium. This unique event brought together nearly 5,000 participants — including students, teachers, public officials, and business representatives — to celebrate the achievements of young social leaders from across Poland. As a long-time partner of the initiative, Kozminski University was once again present at the event with its own dedicated space, where students shared their passions and experiences. A symbolic feature of the university’s presence — just like in previous years – was its distinctive swing installation. The Rector of Kozminski University, Prof. Grzegorz Mazurek, delivered an inspiring address from the main stage, emphasizing the value of social engagement as a way to build future-ready competencies. As part of its commitment to supporting young talent, the university awarded five scholarships to outstanding Olympiad finalists whose projects and dedication stood out. The event’s program also included expert-led workshops. Prof. Mariola Ciszewska-Mlinarič conducted a session titled “Decisions Under the Microscope: What Helps Us Make the Right Choice — and What Gets in the Way?”, offering insights into decision-making processes in life and business. Kozminski University has long supported initiatives that help young people develop essential skills such as leadership, communication, project management, and social responsibility. Its partnership with the “Zwolnieni z Teorii” Olympiad is part of the university’s ongoing mission to foster education that truly matters.
