Kozminski University joins forces with ING Bank Śląski, which becomes the academic partner for the Finance and Accounting program at both undergraduate and graduate levels, as well as the patron of one of the university's lecture halls. This partnership aims to strengthen the ties between the academic community and the banking sector, further preparing future generations for the challenges of the job market.
By integrating theoretical knowledge with business practice, Kozminski University students will have direct contact with ING experts, participating in educational projects and initiatives that open new career paths in the banking sector. One of the university's lecture halls will feature ING branding, reminding students of career opportunities in banking and the close relationship between business and education. Additionally, bank employees will benefit from the collaboration through discounts on the university's educational offerings, including training sessions, studies, courses, and development programs.
The cooperation agreement aligns with Kozminski University's mission to combine education with business practice and support the development of future leaders in finance and accounting. Thanks to the involvement of ING Bank Śląski, students will gain access not only to theoretical knowledge but also to practical skills that will distinguish them in a competitive job market.
The partnership agreement was signed by bank representatives Janusz Suszka – Area Lead People Services Centre of Expertise – HR, and Aleksandra Gąsiorowska-Mahmoudi – Area Lead, Performance & Reward, along with the Rector of Kozminski University, Prof. Grzegorz Mazurek.
