Kozminski University has joined the group of Polish universities invited to take part in Campus to Scale, an InPost initiative aimed at using the potential of the academic community to support the development of modern business and young talent in Poland.
The project was announced during the Impact congress. Its goal is to build a model of collaboration between universities and one of Poland’s most recognisable technology and logistics companies. For Kozminski University, participation in this initiative is a natural extension of what has long been at the core of the university’s mission: combining academic knowledge, business practice, new technologies and entrepreneurship.
Today’s business environment is increasingly shaped by the intersection of multiple areas of expertise: management, artificial intelligence, data, logistics, marketing, law, customer experience and organisational scaling. These are precisely the areas that are particularly relevant to Kozminski University, which educates future leaders, managers, entrepreneurs and experts prepared to operate in a rapidly changing economy.
The Campus to Scale project is part of a broader market transformation in which artificial intelligence is playing an increasingly important role in decision-making, service design and customer relationships. InPost is currently developing AI-based solutions, including a shopping assistant within its mobile application. For a business school such as Kozminski University, this creates an important educational and research context: the future of e-commerce and logistics is no longer only about operations, but also about strategy, data, consumer behaviour, technology ethics and responsible innovation management.
Kozminski University’s participation in Campus to Scale highlights the growing importance of close cooperation between universities and business. Technology companies need knowledge, research, fresh perspectives and talent, while students need exposure to real market challenges. This model of collaboration helps bridge the gap between education and practice and creates an environment in which young people can develop future-oriented skills without having to look abroad for their first major professional opportunities.
Being part of the Campus to Scale project is a natural extension of our mission: to educate people who understand business, technology and the responsibility that comes with innovation. Artificial intelligence, e-commerce and logistics are no longer just operational areas; they are strategic fields of economic transformation. We want our students to be close to these changes — not merely as observers, but as people who can understand, co-create and responsibly implement them, says Professor Grzegorz Mazurek, Rector of Kozminski University.
Campus to Scale is another example of an initiative that strengthens the practical dimension of education at Kozminski University and demonstrates that the university is a partner for companies developing solutions with a real impact on the market, consumers and the economy. Further details on the next stages of the project will be announced as the cooperation develops.
