In March 2025, Kozminski University will host Global Network Week for the first time – an esteemed international exchange program organized within The Global Network for Advanced Management (GNAM). Over the course of a week, students from Israel, Mexico, China, Brazil, the USA, Chile, Germany, Poland, Costa Rica, Australia, South Africa, Turkey, South Korea, and Hong Kong will delve into the topic of business model innovation in post-transformation economies, analyzing Poland’s experience from the past three decades.
Global Network Week offers a unique platform for learning in an international environment, gaining insights into different markets, and acquiring practical skills through workshops and study visits to Polish companies. As the only representative of Central and Eastern Europe in GNAM, Kozminski University is now among the select business schools that invite participants to their campuses for Global Network Week. At the same time, Kozminski University’s Master in Management students will participate in Global Network Weeks at other GNAM member institutions, such as Yale School of Management, Renmin University of China, UNSW Sydney, and ESMT Berlin.
Global Network Week in Poland
The Polish edition of Global Network Week will be centered around the theme: “Business Model Innovation in a Post-Transformational Economy: Insights from Poland.” This program will provide participants with a deeper understanding of Poland’s economic development and the mechanisms that have enabled the dynamic growth and global expansion of many Polish companies. Throughout the week, students from around the world will attend lectures and workshops led by top experts and business practitioners. A key element of the program will be meetings with Polish business leaders, who will share their experiences in innovation and business scaling. The program will also include study visits to leading Polish companies. Participants will visit Smart Kids Planet, where they will learn about the development of an innovative educational startup, as well as E. Wedel, Poland’s oldest chocolate manufacturer. Using E. Wedel as a case study, students will work in teams to develop strategic recommendations, which they will present at the end of the week before a jury of managers and Kozminski University faculty members.
Kozminski University in GNAM

Founded by Yale School of Management, GNAM was established to drive innovation and create added value in global management education. It brings together top business schools worldwide, enabling students to collaborate and exchange experiences on an international scale. GNAM’s Global Network Weeks offer participants opportunities to gain knowledge and practical experience at different universities, visit local companies, and engage in discussions with business leaders.
