Kozminski University will host the second seminar within the Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) programme, delivered jointly with Grenoble Ecole de Management. The meeting will be one of the key stages of this international pathway, designed to develop the research and strategic competencies of experienced business leaders.
The seminar will be jointly delivered by both institutions. Its purpose will be to deepen participants’ knowledge and further develop their research skills. For those pursuing the DBA pathway, it will be an important stage in working on research methodology, refining their own projects, and exchanging experience in an international academic and business environment. The Warsaw seminar strengthens the programme’s practical yet academic dimension, whose purpose is to educate leaders capable not only of managing change, but also of creating knowledge with real significance for organisations and the market.
The joint programme of Grenoble Ecole de Management (GEM) and Kozminski University was created for experienced managers, entrepreneurs, advisors and experts who wish to develop at the highest level by combining academic reflection with management practice. It is a three-year pathway delivered in English, in a hybrid format, including in-person sessions, online seminars and webinars. Classes take place in Grenoble, Paris, Warsaw, and online.
What makes this project unique is the cooperation between two institutions with a strong international standing and a shared approach to modern management education. Grenoble Ecole de Management is one of the most recognised business schools in Europe, valued for its expertise in management, technology and innovation. Kozminski University, the top business school in Central and Eastern Europe according to the Financial Times rankings, brings to the programme its experience in combining academic excellence with a practical approach to business. Both institutions hold the prestigious triple international accreditation: AACSB, EQUIS and AMBA.
Thanks to this cooperation, participants gain access to an international academic and mentoring faculty, modern research infrastructure, global academic resources, and a network of contacts bringing together business and academic leaders. The programme has been designed to develop advanced research competencies, support the creation of innovative solutions, and enable the practical application of knowledge in management and organisational transformation.
The second seminar at Kozminski University will be not only an important point in the programme schedule, but also a confirmation of the university’s role in the international ecosystem of leadership education and the development of management research. It is another step in building an educational offer that responds to the needs of today’s business world – global, complex, and requiring leadership grounded in knowledge.
