Kozminski University Doctoral School has received a positive evaluation of its education quality from the Science Evaluation Committee. It is one of the first fifteen doctoral schools in Poland to successfully complete the new national evaluation process.
The assessment covered three academic disciplines: economics and finance, legal sciences, and management and quality studies. In its decision of 18 June 2025, the SEC confirmed that the Doctoral School meets all legal requirements and conducts education in accordance with academic quality standards and the level 8 criteria of the Polish Qualifications Framework.
The final report highlights the clarity of the curriculum structure, the coherence of individual research plans, and the implementation of good practices that support effective monitoring of doctoral research progress. The Committee also positively assessed the academic activity of doctoral students, the internationalisation of the research environment, the quality of supervisory support, and the collaboration between the Doctoral School and the Doctoral Student Council.
This positive evaluation means that the Kozminski University Doctoral School may continue its activities without the need for an early re-evaluation. The result confirms the organisational stability of the programme, high academic and teaching standards, and a strong commitment to internationalisation and interdisciplinary education.
