Dzień Porażki will take place on 18 October 2024 at Kozminski University. The event promotes a healthy approach to failure as an integral part of learning and personal development. A variety of panel discussions, workshops and talks led by experts and experienced teachers are planned as part of Failure Day. It is a unique conference that promotes a culture of learning from mistakes, which is essential in building a supportive working environment, openness, innovation, courage to act and face challenges and one's own inadequacies.
The aim of this year's event is to prepare those who work with children and young people to effectively support them in dealing with failures and challenges. The event is particularly aimed at teachers, psychologists and therapists, sports coaches, school principals, parents and carers.
Participation in the stationary event allows you to meet the speakers, attend interesting lectures and choose from two workshops. In addition, moderated networking is provided during the breaks to make valuable contacts.
