Kozminski University becomes an institutional partner of Customer Experience World Games Poland 2026

01.09.2026

Kozminski University has become an institutional partner of the Polish edition of Customer Experience World Games 2026 – an event combining experience design, interdisciplinary collaboration and meaningful social engagement.

CXWG is a global non-profit initiative launched in 2020 by Christopher Brooks, founder of Lexden Group. It brings together professionals from around the world and continues to grow through local editions held in different countries. Participants use their expertise to support non-profit organizations in addressing real-world challenges and developing solutions that can be put into practice.

Kozminski University’s partnership highlights the importance of developing customer experience design capabilities and connecting academic knowledge with business and social practice. It also reflects our support for initiatives that apply the Customer Experience approach not only to create business value, but also to strengthen corporate social responsibility. Together, we aim to promote thoughtful, empathetic and needs-based experience design – an approach that delivers tangible outcomes for people, organizations and the communities around them.

The Polish edition of Customer Experience World Games 2026 will take place in Warsaw on 19–20 September. During an intensive Design Sprint, participants will analyse challenges, exchange insights and develop recommendations addressing the specific needs of participating organizations. At the end of the event, the jury will select the winning team.

At Kozminski University, the initiative is supported by Prof. Jolanta Tkaczyk and Arkadiusz Wódkowski.

The Polish edition is organized by Total Experience and a team consisting of Weronika Rosiak-Jedz, Agnieszka Jop, Agnieszka Obstarczyk, Ludmiła Wojciechowska and Wiktoria Plutka.
