EQUIS (EFMD Quality Improvement System) confirms Kozminski University’s excellence in teaching, research, internationalisation, and student experience. First accredited in 1999, KU has consistently upheld this distinction through every reaccreditation cycle.
Kozminski University has successfully completed the EQUIS re-accreditation process, once again obtaining the maximum five-year validity period. This achievement reaffirms our “Triple Crown” status (EQUIS, AACSB, and AMBA) – a distinction held by only 1% of business schools worldwide.
Awarded by the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD), the EQUIS accreditation recognizes excellence not only in education but also in research, executive development, student experience, and internationalisation. It places particular emphasis on entrepreneurial thinking, ethical leadership, and the ability to address global business challenges.
Kozminski University was first awarded EQUIS accreditation in 1999, as the first business school in Central and Eastern Europe to receive it. Since then, the university has successfully renewed it in 2002, 2005, 2010, 2015, 2020, and now again in 2025.
Receiving the full 5-year reaccreditation confirms the university’s long-term dedication to quality, integrity, and impact in education and research. “We are proud to remain part of this exceptional group of accredited institutions – and even prouder of our faculty, staff, and students, whose engagement and pursuit of excellence make this achievement possible.”
