Kozminski University has once again been featured in the prestigious Masters in Management ranking, prepared by the "Financial Times". Our University maintains a strong position among the world’s top schools (58th place) and in the Central and Eastern European region (2nd place). Kozminski University is the only Polish university included in this ranking.
The "Financial Times" Masters in Management ranking confirms the strong position of European universities in educating business leaders. Most of the top-ranked schools are from Europe. Kozminski University, as the leader in Poland and one of the top business schools in Central and Eastern Europe, offers programs distinguished by excellent graduate outcomes, increasing post-graduation earnings, and high international mobility.
Our University has climbed 20 places compared to the previous year, reflecting the continuous development of its educational offering. The ranking is based on data provided by universities and surveys of graduates three years after completing their studies. This year, the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland secured the top spot, ahead of French schools HEC Paris and Insead.
“Our high position and advancement in the ranking is a source of great pride in our graduates. Their success translates into how we are perceived by the academic community, employers, and the broader environment,” emphasizes Prof. Mariola Ciszewska-Mlinarič, Vice-Rector for International Cooperation and ESR and Dean of the College of Management. “This year’s ranking confirms that our educational programs and teaching methods are at a world-class level.”
Management studies at Kozminski University are not only universal and provide opportunities for a global career but, due to the constant demand for managerial skills, they are also resilient to economic fluctuations. Thanks to innovative teaching methods and the continuous development of the program, graduates are well-prepared to succeed in the dynamically changing business world.
In Poland, a Master’s Degree in Management takes two years to complete. At Kozminski University, students can spend one year studying abroad if they are interested in earning two diplomas. By participating in the Double Degree program, students can earn degrees from universities that are also ranked in the list. These programs are highly popular because they allow students to shape their own educational and career paths. They also significantly enhance intercultural communication skills and the ability to work in international teams.
“Our programs, which combine theoretical knowledge with practical business experience, prepare graduates to work in a rapidly changing world. We focus on innovative teaching methods, the development of managerial skills, and collaboration with international partners,” comments Prof. Grzegorz Mazurek, Rector of Kozminski University.
Kozminski University has been present in the "Financial Times" ranking since 2009 and is one of the leading business schools in the Central and Eastern European region. It holds prestigious AACSB, EQUIS, and AMBA accreditations, confirming the highest quality of education. The "Financial Times" Masters in Management ranking is considered one of the most prestigious sources of information in business education, evaluating master’s programs based on quality, innovation, and the impact on graduates’ careers.
