J.P. Morgan Poland Services sp. z o.o. has become an academic partner of Kozminski University’s Bachelor in Finance and Accounting and Master in Finance and Accounting programs. The agreement was signed by the Rector of the University and Iga Olszewska, Vice President, Fund Accounting at J.P. Morgan, during a meeting dedicated to developing new forms of cooperation in financial education.

Substantive partnership with a global financial institution

The agreement confirms Kozminski University’s long-term strategy of building a strong network of partnerships with leading business and financial organizations. As one of the largest banking institutions in the world, J.P. Morgan will bring to this collaboration its global capital market perspective and extensive experience in investment fund management.

As part of the partnership, J.P. Morgan will co-create initiatives supporting the professional development of students in finance programs – from expert-led lectures and workshops, through mentoring programs, to study visits. The cooperation also includes the exchange of expertise in innovative teaching methods for future finance professionals, developing practical skills, and promoting internship and career opportunities within the global organization.

Knowledge and practice in one academic environment

“The partnership with J.P. Morgan marks another milestone in strengthening the University’s ties with leading financial institutions and confirms the high quality of education offered in our Bachelor and Master in Finance and Accounting programs,” emphasizes Dr. Grygorii Kravchenko, Vice-Dean of the College of Finance and Economics at Kozminski University.

The agreement highlights the importance of synergy between academia and business in shaping future leaders in finance. The cooperation with J.P. Morgan is non-commercial and aims to create joint initiatives of genuine educational value.

The inclusion of J.P. Morgan among Kozminski University’s partners aligns with the University’s strategic focus on the development of English-language finance programs. Both the Bachelor in Finance and Accounting and Master in Finance and Accounting programs are among the most recognized in Central and Eastern Europe, consistently ranking high in international listings, including the Financial Times rankings.

The agreement confirms that Kozminski University’s educational model – combining academic knowledge, practical experience, and social competence development – meets the needs of the global financial market. The partnership with J.P. Morgan will provide students with direct exposure to business practitioners and further enhance the international dimension of their education.

“This is a collaboration where both sides benefit – the University strengthens its educational offer, while the business partner gains access to talented students and graduates, well prepared to work in the global financial environment,” adds Dr. Grygorii Kravchenko.

Through this partnership, Kozminski University students will gain opportunities to participate in projects, workshops, and meetings led by J.P. Morgan experts. Joint initiatives will allow them to explore the practical aspects of working in an international financial institution and to develop key employability skills – from market analysis to risk management and intercultural communication.

The partnership also enhances the professional profile of Kozminski University graduates, increasing their competitiveness in the job market and opening career opportunities both in Poland and abroad.
