International CustMas Project Meeting at Kozminski University

05.02.2025

What skills are essential for customer management in the digitalizing B2B world? This question was at the center of discussions during the international project meeting of "Customer Management Skills in Digitalizing B2B Markets" (CustMas), which took place at Kozminski University from January 29 to 31, 2025. The event gathered project partners from the Erasmus+ program, including representatives from University of Twente, University of Münster, Alba Graduate Business School, and Technische Universitaet Graz.

The meeting was hosted by Anna Pałyga, MSc, from the Department of Quantitative Methods and Applications of Computer Science, and Dr. Piotr Kwiatek from the Department of Marketing. Over three days, participants reviewed project progress, discussed key challenges, and planned the next steps in achieving project goals. The discussions placed particular emphasis on international collaboration, sharing best practices, and planning future activities.

On the second day, the Multiplier Event “Skills in Demand: A 360-degree Overview” took place, welcoming invited guests, students, and Kozminski University staff. Among the presenters and participants in the panel discussion was a representative of consortium partner NICZUK, Triantafillos D. Boumpas, MSc. The event provided an opportunity to showcase the project's activities and the goals achieved over the nearly three-year implementation period.

One of the key outcomes of the CustMas project will be a Massive Open Online Course (MOOC), with recordings for the course completed during the meeting in Warsaw.
