On April 7 and 9, 2025, Kozminski University took part in the “Inspiration Action” events in Kraków and Rzeszów – a nationwide initiative organized by the Our Future Foundation in cooperation with the Maturalni.com portal. The goal of the initiative is to support young people from smaller towns and rural areas in making conscious educational and career choices, developing their ambitions, and building confidence in their own potential – regardless of where they live.
In Kraków, during the event at Tauron Arena, Magdalena Budziszewska – Director of Marketing and Recruitment and lecturer at Kozminski University – delivered an inspiring talk titled “How to choose your studies and make the most of them?”. Her presentation drew significant attention from the audience with its practical advice and motivational tone. She introduced ten key principles for choosing the right academic path, emphasizing the importance of networking, building relationships, and engaging in student life as integral elements of personal and professional development.
"Young people today have enormous potential and access to knowledge that previous generations could only dream of. My role was to encourage them to use that potential – because the road to success begins with believing in yourself," said Magdalena Budziszewska after her speech.
The event brought together numerous representatives from the education, business, and social sectors, including BP Polska, Deloitte Digital, Get My Pet Back, Synerise, Maturalni.com, the City of Kraków, as well as youth councils and non-governmental organizations. The program included panel discussions, networking sessions, and one-on-one conversations about education, future skills, and STEM career paths.
During both events – in Kraków and Rzeszów – high school students also had the opportunity to engage in direct conversations at the Kozminski University booth. Current students enthusiastically shared their experiences, answered questions about academic life, and discussed development opportunities and support systems available at the university. These interactions were filled with energy, inspiration, and stories that showed how one meaningful conversation can empower young people to aim higher.
Kozminski University proudly supports educational initiatives that help young people make thoughtful decisions about their future. Participation in “Inspiration Action” is another step in the university’s mission to inspire, support, and accompany youth from all over Poland on their journey toward achieving ambitious personal and professional goals.
