The financial and insurance sectors are evolving rapidly, requiring advisors and managers to continuously enhance their competencies to meet the growing demands of the market. In response to this need, PKO Ubezpieczenia has partnered with Kozminski University to develop a cutting-edge training program that will strengthen the insurance-related skills of bank advisors.
“We have designed a program that combines industry expertise with an academic approach to financial advisory education. Together with PKO Ubezpieczenia, we aim to provide participants with practical knowledge that will have a tangible impact on their daily work and professional growth”, says Klaudia Fatah-Zarzycka, Director of Corporate Training and Programs at Kozminski University.
Kozminski University will design and deliver training sessions for PKO Bank Polski advisors and managers. The program's objective is to enhance sales effectiveness and develop advisors’ competencies in offering PKO Ubezpieczenia products. Participants will have access to programs at intermediate, advanced, and expert levels. The training sessions will take place in two editions – March and November this year – conducted in an online format. Hundreds of participants are expected to take part in these sessions. Additionally, in May and June, dedicated workshops for managers will be organized to provide essential support in sales team management. To reinforce the acquired knowledge, participants will receive video materials from the training sessions.
"Through this collaboration with Kozminski University, PKO Bank Polski advisors and managers will gain practical tools for effective performance in the insurance market", says Tomasz Mańko, Vice President of the Management Board at PKO Ubezpieczenia. "Our choice of university as a partner for this project was deliberate – Kozminski University is one of the top business schools in the country", he adds.
This initiative marks the first joint training project between Kozminski University and PKO Ubezpieczenia, setting the foundation for future collaboration in developing high-quality educational programs in the financial and insurance sectors.
