The Warsaw edition of the event is titled “Strengthening European Competitiveness – European Innovation & Foresight Bootcamp”. The 2025 edition of EU Week will be officially opened by the President of the European Parliament, Roberta Metsola. The event in Warsaw is held under the Patronage of the Minister for European Union Affairs in the context of the upcoming Polish Presidency of the Council of the European Union.

The BIP at Kozminski University is organized in cooperation with international partners, including the Technical University of Munich (TUM School of Management), leader of the EU Week consortium, and Estonian Business School (EBS).

The BIP will be formally opened by Prof. Bolesław Rok (Kozminski University), a leading expert in sustainable management, and Prof. Joachim Henkel (TUM), founder of the EU Week, Vice Dean for Research at TUM, and a recognized authority in technology and innovation management. Prof. Henkel’s keynote will be followed by a session led by Dr. Mateusz Zawistowski titled “Startup Innovation Ecosystem”.

A hands-on workshop for BIP students will be conducted by EY experts. The academic agenda also includes two thematic lectures offering complementary international perspectives: “The Asian Way to Innovation”, presented by experts from the Asia-Europe Foundation, and “The European Innovation Scoreboard (EIS) and the AI Act”, delivered by Dr. Karolina Małagocka.

The closing address will be given by Professor Marcin Piątkowski (Kozminski University), currently Program Leader at the World Bank in New Delhi. His speech, entitled “What Makes Countries Rich and What Keeps Them Poor: Lessons from the European Growth Champion”, will conclude the Warsaw-based BIP program.
