The HR Marathon is a unique 5-day online conference where prominent academics and practitioners will share their knowledge and practical experiences in the field of human resource management and business competence development. Each day of the event, participants will be able to take part in 30-minute expert presentations and panel discussions.
Conference speakers will share their perspective on key issues for the HR field, such as adaptation to technological change, legal aspects of using artificial intelligence in HR, and motivation and engagement in the professional environment. They will also discuss topics related to employee health and well-being, stress management and work-life balance.
During the HR Marathon, Dr Maciej Madzinski from Kozminski University will deliver a lecture on adapting to digital transformation - new technologies in HR and business. In his talk, he will discuss key technologies affecting HR management, such as artificial intelligence, process automation, data analysis. He will also focus on the main challenges of digital intelligence in organisations, including how to prepare employees for an increasingly automated and digital environment.
In addition to the educational dimension, the HR Marathon also has a charitable purpose - all proceeds from the conference will be donated to Fundacji Rak’n’Roll. The Foundation helps people with cancer to live a dignified and happy life, it also changes patterns of thinking about cancer, breaks taboos and raises awareness by creating programmes to support patients and their loved ones.
