Dr Chrystyna Misiewicz from Kozminski University has been selected for the prestigious EMAC Junior Faculty Visiting Program 2026 and will undertake a one-month research visit in Australia.

An assistant professor in the Marketing Department at Kozminski University, she was chosen for the EMAC Junior Faculty Visiting Program 2026 – an initiative designed to support early-career researchers through collaboration with leading research-intensive institutions worldwide.

International research collaboration

As part of the program, Dr Misiewicz will spend one month at Griffith University in Australia, at the renowned Social Marketing @ Griffith centre. During her stay, she will collaborate closely with Professor Sharyn Rundle Thiele, one of the leading scholars in social marketing.

“I work at the intersection of consumer behaviour, digital communication and social marketing. My research explores how people make decisions in emotionally charged contexts,” says Dr Chrystyna Misiewicz.

Supporting early-career researchers

The EMAC Junior Faculty Visiting Program supports junior faculty and advanced doctoral students by enabling participation in research seminars, academic collaboration and presentation of research outcomes in an international environment.

This distinction highlights the researcher’s academic potential and reinforces Kozminski University’s growing presence in the global research community.
