Dr. Anna Maria Górska, a researcher from Kozminski University, has been awarded a prestigious grant for her project titled "Post-Pandemic Experiences of Women's Careers in Post-Socialist Illiberal Contexts." The project will delve into the professional experiences of female managers within the post-socialist and post-pandemic landscape.
The grant, awarded under the British Academy and the Leverhulme Small Research Grants Scheme, will be conducted in collaboration with esteemed institutions such as the Open University, Johannes Kepler University Linz (JKU), the University of Glasgow, Durham University Business School, International Business School Budapest, Corvinus University, and Bayes Business School. Dr. Górska, representing Kozminski University, is a co-author of the project.
Additionally, Dr. Górska has been recognized with the Scholarship of the Minister of Science and Higher Education for Outstanding Young Scientists, further acknowledging her contributions to the field.
