Dantex, a Polish company with a mission, supports Kozminski University’s endowment fund and the development of education

In September 2025, Dantex – a renowned Polish developer with over 30 years of experience on Warsaw’s residential real estate market – joined the group of sponsors supporting Kozminski University. The partnership has a multidimensional character: half of the company’s contribution will be directed to the University’s endowment fund, while the other half will be allocated to joint educational initiatives, including student development programs.

This is yet another Polish company that has decided not only to support the University, but also to engage in the long-term development of the academic community – both financially and intellectually.

An investment in the future

Kozminski University’s endowment fund, which Dantex now helps to build, is a perpetual fund – the first of its kind in Poland’s academic environment. It enables stable, long-term financing of future generations, faculty development, and research with real impact on society and the economy.

“We are pleased that another Polish company has chosen to invest long-term in education and the development of young people. The partnership with Dantex strengthens our cooperation model with business, based on shared values, trust, and readiness to co-create a modern academic ecosystem,” emphasizes Prof. Grzegorz Mazurek, Rector of Kozminski University. “This is another step towards building the future of education – in collaboration with companies that look not only at profit, but also at responsibility.”

Dantex – more than a developer

Dantex is known not only for its top-quality residential projects across Warsaw, but also for its wide-ranging activities in the fields of culture, heritage, and aesthetics. Its co-owner, Marek Roefler, has for years been a patron and curator of initiatives connecting the worlds of business and art.

“I believe in the value of investing in education and culture, as they create lasting value for society and for us as individuals. Kozminski University has long stood out for its quality, modern approach, and international outlook. By supporting this institution, we support ambitious, courageous people with potential,” says Marek Roefler, co-owner of Dantex.

From branding to knowledge

As part of the partnership, one of the University’s lecture halls will be arranged in line with Dantex’s branding, becoming a visible sign of the company’s presence in academic life. Dantex experts will be invited to meet students, deliver lectures, join panel discussions, and participate in educational events. The company also plans active involvement in career and internship fairs – sharing experience with young people at the start of their professional journeys.

The cooperation also includes knowledge exchange in the areas of investment project management, urban planning, ESG, and the role of aesthetics and culture in shaping public space – issues of particular importance in today’s world.

“Collaboration with Kozminski University is more than sponsorship for us – it is a partnership of values. We believe that companies today have a real influence on shaping attitudes and directions of social development, and investing in the University’s endowment fund is an investment in lasting change. We want to be part of an environment that combines innovation with responsibility,” says Piotr Wiślicki, co-owner of Dantex.

A partnership with vision

Dantex’s decision to join the group of sponsors supporting Kozminski University is further proof that conscious businesses in Poland recognize the role of the country’s leading business school and its partners in social and economic development. Together with business, the University creates an environment where education, the economy, and culture operate in a shared space – with the future in mind.

“The endowment fund is a tool that builds resilience and intellectual independence. Thanks to partners such as Dantex, we can plan our growth in the long term, with future generations of students and scholars in mind. This is not only financial support, but a joint effort for education that truly matters,” stresses Dr. Sylwia Hałas-Dej, President of the Kozminski Development Foundation.

Kozminski University’s Patron is Elemental. Its Strategic Sponsors include Panattoni, Ergo Hestia, EY, and Bank Millennium, while Dantex has joined the group of Supporting Sponsors, alongside Seris Konsalnet.
