About the Authors Aleksandra Przegalińska A professor at Kozminski University in Warsaw with a habilitated doctorate in management sciences, Aleksandra earned her PhD in the philosophy of artificial intelligence from the University of Warsaw's Institute of Philosophy. She also graduated from The New School for Social Research in New York. Aleksandra serves as the Vice-Rector for Innovation and AI at Kozminski University. Between 2016 and 2019, she conducted research at the Center for Collective Intelligence at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Boston. Currently, she is a Senior Research Associate at the Center for Labor and a Just Economy at Harvard University. Her interests include human-machine collaboration, natural language processing, machine learning, and social robots.

Tamilla Triantoro A PhD and professor at the School of Business, Quinnipiac University, Tamilla specializes in artificial intelligence, human-AI collaboration, and the future of work. She conducts interdisciplinary research that informs the debate on integrating AI into business and society. Tamilla has delivered numerous presentations at academic and industry conferences worldwide. A passionate traveler, she has visited over 100 countries. She earned her PhD at the City University of New York, where she studied online user behavior, enabling her to bring a human-centered perspective to her analyses.
