MyTherapy, a company co-developed by Rafał Włodarczyk, a Kozminski University alumnus, is joining the LUX MED Group. This is an example of how managerial, strategic, and financial competencies gained at Kozminski University can translate into tangible business growth.
MyTherapy Centrum Terapii i Rozwoju, a Kraków-based company operating in the mental health sector, is joining the LUX MED Group. The company has grown to include three locations and a team of more than 80 therapists, psychologists, and doctors, supporting patients in psychotherapy, psychiatric care, diagnostics, and personal development.
One of the people behind the development of MyTherapy is Rafał Włodarczyk, a graduate of the Master’s program in Management, with a specialization in Strategic Management, and of postgraduate studies in Financial Management at Kozminski University.
The development of MyTherapy and its joining one of the largest medical groups in Poland is an important example of alumni entrepreneurship and of building an organization that responds to significant social and market needs. Mental health is now one of the key challenges facing the healthcare system, the labor market, and modern organizations, while demand for professional psychological, therapeutic, and psychiatric support continues to grow.
