The mission of the CFO of the Year Competition is to highlight and honor outstanding Polish chief financial officers and recommend best financial management practices for business development in Poland. The title of CFO of the Year is awarded for exceptional skills, high-quality business partnerships, and the implementation of projects or other activities that have significantly impacted the company's business situation, growth potential, financial liquidity, and profitability.
The CFO of the Year is chosen annually through a vote by the Jury, chaired by Bartosz Radziszewski. This year's jury panel will include, among others, Prof. Franjo Mlinarič from the Department of Finance at Kozminski University. Kozminski University's patronage of the competition and participation in the jury emphasize the university's commitment to modern finance and to shaping leaders who can face upcoming economic challenges.
The final of the CFO of the Year 2024 competition will take place on September 27 at the Warsaw Stock Exchange in the heart of Warsaw. The results will be announced during a ceremonial gala attended by representatives of leading companies and financial institutions.
