Kozminski University had the honor of hosting Behnam Tabrizi – a world-renowned expert in transformation, advisor to global corporations and government agencies, and lecturer at Stanford University. During his visit, Dr. Tabrizi led three exceptional meetings, bringing together academics, business representatives, students, and alumni of our university.
The meeting at the Rector's Office was dedicated to academic and teaching staff specializing in marketing, new technologies, and the future of business. It provided an excellent opportunity for an in-depth discussion on current trends in organizational transformation and the challenges faced by modern educational institutions and enterprises.
During the meeting for business partners, Dr. Tabrizi shared his extensive experience in advising CEOs and leaders of global corporations such as Apple, Google, Amazon, and Microsoft. He presented key transformational strategies that enable companies to grow dynamically and maintain a competitive edge in an era of continuous innovation.
Finally, the meeting with Master in Management students and alumni was an incredibly inspiring session, where participants had the opportunity to learn how to effectively manage change and develop the skills necessary to lead organizations of the future.
